Starting with a thorough understanding of your requirements, we look after your bottle design from concept sketch through to finished moulds.  By late 2010, SMI's state-of-the-art CAD department had created over 700 striking designs, all engineered to run smoothly through our customers' in-house moulding systems.

To ensure accurate and precise manufacture of your bottle moulds, SMI runs a dedicated division with with 12 CNC machining centers. Your moulds, tooled from a special aluminium alloy, will perform flawlessly for you.
